Purchase of Service Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit or incur a 20% cancellation fee.

No-shows or cancellations at the time of service are non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment with no penalty.

Rescheduling requests within 24 hours are subject to availability and a $25 fee.
3. Weather Conditions

If a session is canceled due to unsafe weather (wind, rain, low visibility), we will offer to reschedule at no cost.

If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be returned via the original payment method.
