Purchase of Service Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit or incur a 20% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows or cancellations at the time of service are non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment with no penalty.

  • Rescheduling requests within 24 hours are subject to availability and a $25 fee.

3. Weather Conditions

  • If a session is canceled due to unsafe weather (wind, rain, low visibility), we will offer to reschedule at no cost.

  • If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be returned via the original payment method.
