1. Services Provided

We offer professional drone photography and videography, aerial mapping, inspections, and custom drone work as agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Booking and Payment

• Bookings can be made online through our website or directly via email.

• A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your session.

• Travel fees may apply based on location and will be disclosed before booking.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide legal access to the location being filmed.

• You are responsible for obtaining any required permits unless agreed otherwise.

4. Limitations and Conditions

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unsafe weather, FAA restrictions, or no-fly zones.

• We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by client-side issues (e.g., lack of access or late arrival).

• Late arrivals or "no shows" are constituted by no appears or contact more than one hour after the project's intend start time.

5. Media Usage & Copyright

• All drone footage and photos remain the copyright of Palmetto Skyworks.

• You receive a license to use the content for personal or commercial use, depending on your agreement.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
